This reflects the way I appreciate my own favourite songs, this paradoxical feeling of "there's someone else in the world who feels there's no one else in the world," or "I'm not alone in feeling alone." It is also conveyed in a Thanksgiving song:
I hope only that my lonely song
Will echo somehow everyone's
